    Oracle 10g 的bug 还真不少,这次又遇到了个未公布的bug.
    数据库遇到07455,472错误,具体信息如下:

    得到ORACLE SR回复如下:

    It seems that you has got the problem described in Bug4927533, which 
is unfortunately not public and therefore not available on Metalink. 
For more information please read Note:421947.1, Ora-7445 [KGHADJUST] 
Pmon Process Terminated And Instance Crashed. 
Fixed in version: 
- Oracle 11.1 
Workaround: 
- Set "_BLOOM_FILTER_ENABLED" to FALSE. 
No fix exist for Oracle 10.2.0.3.0. 
I recommend that you use the workaround, this will solve your problem.

    _BLOOM_FILTER_ENABLED 是一个UNDOCUMENT的参数.这个参数自10.2.0引入.
    可以使用ALTER SYSTEM 命令动态修改,由于是隐含参数,所以要加引号.

    ALTER SYSTEM SET "_BLOOM_FILTER_ENABLED"= false;

    A role groups several privileges and roles, so that they can be granted to and revoked from users simultaneously. A role must be enabled for a user before it can be used by the user.
    The SET ROLE statement allows you to enable or disable a role for a current session.
    When a user logs into Oracle, all default roles are enabled, but non-default roles must be enabled with the SET ROLE statement.

    有人关心你吗？
    你是不是很久都接不到一个电话？朋友有的?亲人的？或者爱人的？当你接到朋友,亲人,爱人给你打来的电话的的时候，你在干什么?你是不是很忙?觉得那个电话打的不是时候?又或许你经常接到别人问候你的电话 ,你觉得没有必要经常打电话?也许很多人都会遇到以上两种情况,想想我们遇到这样一来的情况,我们都是怎么做的.这里我想表达的意思只有一点,那就是说,在这个时刻你被人想起，有人记得你,有人关心你.

    你需要人关心吗？
    你需要人关心吗?对,你需要吗?
    我想对于这个问题,每个人的回答都应该是肯定的.在这个世界上我们每个人都需要被关心,我们也渴望被关心,因为这是一种幸福,人们总是渴望一种幸福,物质上的还有精神上的.
    当我们孤独的时候,有人关心你,你会觉得你不再那么孤单,就算关心你的人不在你身边,你也可能因此对生活对工作充满激情.因为你知道有人在关心你.
    当我们遇到挫折的时候,有人关心你,你会觉得你不再那么失败,就算你时失败了,你也可能因此重新站起来,而且走的更好.因为你知道友人在关心你.
    当我们有伤心事的时候,有人关心你,你会觉得不再那么痛苦,就算你一时无法忘却,你也可能因此找到新的方向,摆脱灰暗的过去.因为你知道有人在关心你.

    被关心的时候也要想起要关心别人
    不要总是想着获取,你在别人的关心下,你获得了很多,所以在被人关心的同时,我们也要想着多去关心别人.爱是相互的,你感受到了别人的关爱,你也需要让人感受到你的爱.有些人生来就比较粗心,感情神经比较粗,很容易忽略一些细小的东西,这很容易伤害到那些感情细腻的人.所以我们在被人关心的时候要懂得去多关心别人.把自己粗大的感情神经修练的细腻一点,即使一时半刻没办法做到,你也要有这样一来的意识.想想,如果你的爱人因为你手机停机24小时没办法联系到你,而平时你总是会给她打电话,那种多么着急的一种心情.虽然有可能你并不知道你手机停机了,而在这段时间里你因为工作累了在休息.虽然你不是故意的.但如果你细心一点,这都是可以避免的.

    关心别人也要方法
    不管是关心别人也好,被关心也好,我们都要注重方法,对于不同的人我们需要有不同的方法来关心他(她).对家人,对朋友,对爱人,我们不可能都用同一种方法.对与男性和女性,我想方法也应该是不同的.至于具体方法,没有一个统一的模式,这需要我们自己用心去寻找.只要用心,我相信我们都能人让你想要关心的人感受到你对他(她)的关心,而你也能感受到别人对你的关心.爱…就是这样一来的一种持久的相互关心.

    总之,不管是被人关心也好,关心别人也好,我们都要做到,让关心你的人放心.

  5. Excel VLOOKUP 函数

    从一个数组表(table array)也就是一块选定区域的第一列查找某个值，返回该数组表中同一行中指定列值。

    Syntax

    VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,range_lookup)

    Lookup_value
    在数组表第一列要匹配的值，这个值也可以是引用。

    Table_aray
    两行或者多行数据列。

    Col_index_num
    指定返回列值。

    Range_loopup
    指定匹配方式的逻辑值：TRUE 或FALSE
    TRUE:精确匹配(exact match)
    FALSE:模糊匹配(approximate match)
